Ecotat Gardens is a beautiful and peaceful place, which is the perfect setting for private events such as weddings, birthday parties, and other intimate gatherings.
Although we would like to honor as many requests as possible, Ecotat is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates on donations and the dedicated work of a small number of volunteers. Our resources are limited and we must manage the gardens in a way that provides enjoyment for everyone. Please consider the following guidelines when planning your event. In exchange for your use of the garden for your special occasion there is a fee, please contact us for further information.
All private events require approval by Ecotat trustees.
Please plan on meeting with an Ecotat volunteer prior to the date of your event to finalize details.
Number of participants is limited to 100.
Ecotat does not provide chairs or tables.
Parking is available in the Annis Road parking lot.
One bathroom is available.
Pets are not allowed in the gardens.
Due to the delicate nature of the gardens, children must be supervised at all times.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises, but food and other drink are permitted.
Total time on the grounds should be no more than 2 hours.
Please leave the gardens as you found them.
